1. What is the format of training in this course?
There is everything you need to get your English off the ground and give a great boost to conversational, in the course:

The course consists of 11 topics on the platform and 10 speaking sessions.
You can also take 10 additional private speaking lessons per course. Tell the manager about your desire for additional classes and she will coordinate your classes with the teacher.
In the course, you will go through one topic per week and reinforce the material covered in a speech in class.

2. How is the lesson going with the teacher?
After paying for the course, our manager will contact you via Skype within 2 days, discuss a convenient time for classes and make a chat with your teacher, as well as answer any questions about lessons.
After completing 1-2 topics on the platform, the teacher will assign you a speaking session where you will practice all the patterns that are explained on the platform. Speaking classes will be held once a week.
3. How will the speaking session go?
Classes are held via Skype and last 60 Minutes. 
The lesson timeis negotiated with the teacher after the purchase of the course.
You go through the material on the platform, prepare answers to HR questions based on prepared scripts.
The teacher:
will give recommendations on what resources are the best to use during the lesson
will show the correct use of words
cheer up
accurately correct errors where this was necessary
During the lesson with the teacher, you will check your script, get recommendations for improving it, and practice answering this question “without a piece of paper”
The teacher writes out new words and grammatical constructions that occur during the conversation to the chat so that you can return to them at any time after the lesson.
We create a friendly atmosphere for unhindered practice at a fairly high pace, in a live format, discussing real life situations.
4. Where can I find out the class schedule?
Group:
The schedule of classes is negotiated in the group between the teacher and students after paying for the course
Individual:
By agreement with the teacher after paying for the course
If only a specific class time is suitable for you, please tell the manager about this and she will select a schedule for you.
5. What is the policy of canceling and rescheduling classes?
1. Rescheduling, canceling, and skipping individual classes:
All classes are held according to the initially agreed schedule between the teacher and the student. It can be either permanent or flexible schedule (by agreement with the teacher).
To cancel/reschedule a class, please inform the teacher via Skype.
If the class is canceled by students in less than 5 hours or the student does not come to class, and a fee is charged for it as for the lesson performed, in 100% of the amount
, except in cases of force majeure*.
*Force majeure cases shall be recognized:
connection circumstances-loss of internet connection less than 2 hours before class; no more than once a month;
family circumstances – death of relatives;
planned vacation, business trip or sick leave (you need to write about this in the class chat/ personal chat with the teacher and Customer Success Manager and provide confirmation).
2. Rescheduling, canceling, and skipping group classes:
All classes are held according to the originally agreed timetable between the teacher and the group.
If the class is canceled by students in less than 5 hours In this case, the teacher will provide a recording of the lesson (at your request) 
.
The student does not come to class, and a fee is charged for it as for the lesson performed, in 100% of the amount, except in cases of force majeure*.
6. How long will it take to complete the entire course?
The duration of the course depends on the following factors:
the strength of your memory and the speed of assimilation of the material
the pace of work on the platform and on the lessons
On average, with intensive work, the course takes 10 weeks.
7. How long will I still have access to the platform?
Access to the platform is maintained for 6 months from the moment.
8. What are the guarantees that I will be able to speak after the course?
We 
guarantee the result provided that:
regular classes with a teacher (at least 2 times a week)
complete all tasks on the platform and
100% homework completion
We are so confident in your result and methodology that we will refund your money if you remain dissatisfied (provided that all the previous points are met).
9. Will I receive a certificate / letter of recommendation at the end of the course?
At the request of the student, we issue a 
certificate of completion of the course and a 
letter of recommendation, provided that all tasks on the platform are completed and the final Test is successfully passed.
A certificate can only be obtained on a course that includes consultations with a teacher.
The certificate is sent to your email address in PDF format.if desired, it can be printed and laminated.
12. I finished the course, what should I do next?
