1. What if I don't speak English at all, can I take this course?
This is a basic speaking English course that is suitable for both those who
✅ once taught English and forgot, so for those
✅ who have not studied the language at all.
Three months of intensive work awaits you:
📱 flashcards with basic vocabulary on everyday topics that you can download to your phone
📽️ very detailed video explanations on how to use vocabulary correctly in a conversation, as well as how to correctly build a sentence
🏋️ short and extended exercises for practicing and practicing vocabulary and grammar
🗣️ consultations with the teacher
2. How will the speaking session be held?
Speaking sessions are held via Skype and taken for 60 or 90 minutes, by agreement with the teacher.
⏰ The time of classes is discussed with the teacher after purchasing the course.
In speaking sessions, you are speaking 100% of the time.
You will communicate with the teacher and with the guys from the group completely in English on the topics being studied.

During the lesson with the teacher, you will check your script, get recommendations for improving it, and practice answering this question “without a piece of paper”

We create a friendly atmosphere for unhindered practice at a fairly high pace, in a live format, discussing real life situations.
3. What is the policy of canceling and rescheduling classes?
1. Rescheduling, cancellations and skipping of individual sessions
All classes are held according to the initially agreed timetable between the teacher and the student. It can be either permanent or flexible schedule (by agreement with the teacher).
To cancel/postpone the session, please contact your Skype teacher.
If the class is canceled by students in less than ⏰ 5 hours or the student does not come to class, and a fee is charged for it as for the lesson performed, in 100% of the amount❗, except in cases of force majeure*.
*Force majeure cases shall be recognized:
✔️connection circumstances-loss of internet connection less than 2 hours before class; no more than once a month;
✔️ family circumstances – death of relatives;
✔️planned vacation, business trip or sick leave (you need to write about this in the class chat/ personal chat with the teacher and Customer Success Manager and provide confirmation).
2. Postponement, cancellation and skipping of group sessions
All classes are held according to the originally agreed timetable between the teacher and the group.
When a student is unable to attend the class for any reason, it is necessary to notify the teacher in advance. In this case, the teacher will ensure the recording of the lesson (at the request of the student).
In the absence of a student in a group lesson for any reason, except for force majeure cases *, a fee is charged for it as for a lesson, in 100% of the volume ❗ Payment can be transferred only in force majeure cases*
*Force majeure cases shall be recognized:
✔️ connection circumstances-loss of internet connection less than 2 hours before class; no more than once a month;
✔️ family circumstances – death of relatives;

4. How is this course going?
The course consists of 28 topics on the platform and 15 conversational lessons (if necessary, 10 additional lessons can be held, this should be consulted with the training manager)
You will:
✅ take one topic per week (video, flash cards in the phone, audio, exercises on the platform)
✅ complete and send finished home assignment in Skype chat
✅ receive detailed feedback and practice in speaking classes
5. How much time do I need for homework?
After completing each topic on the platform, you complete the required home assignment❗
It consists of:
✔️ writing (a dialog translation)
✔️ speaking (audio/video recording with answer to a specific question).
On average, you will invest between 30 minutes and 2 hours per day on self-study.
6. How long will it take to complete the entire course?
The duration of the course depends on the following factors:
- ✔️ the strength of your memory and the speed of assimilation of the material
- ✔️the pace of work on the platform and on the lessons
On average, with intensive work, the course takes 3-4 months.
7. How long will I still have access to the platform?
Access to the platform is maintained for 6 months from the moment.
8. Where can I find out the class schedule?
Group sessions
- ✔️ The schedule of classes is negotiated in the group between the teacher and students after paying for the course
Individual sessions
- ✔️ By agreement with the teacher after paying for the course
9. What are the guarantees that I will be able to successfully speaking after the course?
We 👌 guarantee the result provided that:
✔️ regular classes with a teacher (at least 2 times a week)
✔️ complete all tasks on the platform and
✔️ 100% homework completion
We are so confident in your result and methodology that we will refund your money if you remain dissatisfied (provided that all the previous points are met).
10. Will I get a recording of the lesson?
Yes! We record Skype lessons for both group and individual lessons, as long as you and the rest of the group don’t mind. Videos will be saved in the chat for 30 days, so at any moment you can view the necessary part of the lesson, repeat the material, or make any necessary notes.
We highly respect the trust of our customers, so we commit ourselves not to use the recorded lessons for our purposes without your consent and here we ask reciprocity from you – forwarding, publishing on the Internet or downloading videos is a violation of copyright and is not legal.
10. Will I receive a certificate / letter of recommendation at the end of the course?
At the student’s request, we issue 
a certificate of completion and 
a letter of recommendation, provided that all assignments on the platform are completed and the student successfully passes the final test.
The certificate can only be obtained during the course, which includes consultations with the mentor.
The certificate is sent to your email in PDF format and can be printed and laminated if you wish.
11. I have completed the course, what do I do next?
