Team’s official statement.
For 6 years we have been building a company that is a hope and support for thousands of professionals exporting their services. We started with two teachers who had a common dream – to make the Ukrainian IT community have the opportunity to sell their expertise internationally through the development of English, soft skills and understanding of intercultural communication. Now we have 11 short-term trainings and 20 full-time educational programs. We train international corporate teams and experts from absolutely different industries.
These photos are just a part of what our team lives for. Freedom and development are the core values of our company, and we will fight for them as hard as we can.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, our company has not stopped its activities. Despite the constant shelling, we continued to work, and most of our Ukrainian clients continued their training. According to the clients’ feedback, the sessions with the trainers were the only time they could take their minds off the constant horrible news.
What we’ve done:
- stopped selling our courses in Russia and Belarus
- retained jobs for all employees
- the team works remotely in a full-fledged mode
- continued to pay salaries and taxes
- involved employees in volunteer activities: organized a volunteer gathering at the humanitarian headquarters in Tel Aviv together with Israeli Friends of Ukraine, weaved camouflage nets, made Molotov cocktails, helped evacuate people and donated food products of our own production to the front line
- developed and conducted a training-intensive for volunteers “Volunteers stand with Ukraine”
- Organized an English language grant for those affected by the full-scale invasion
- held free online workshops to support the Ukrainian IT community
- conducted spoken English language audits for refugees who plan to build international careers
- provided open access to useful information and advice on English language learning and career development
What are we going to do:
- continue to conduct volunteer activities
- conduct a series of workshops in EMEA, NA and LATAM to integrate L&D methodologies of Western and Ukrainian specialists for the development of Ukrainian business
- continue to conduct free workshops for Ukrainian teams and businesses
- provide career counseling worth $150 for combatants and veterans free of charge
- search for and implement new ideas that will contribute to the victory of democracy over dictatorships
