1. What is the format of training in this course?
The course has everything you need to move your English forward and give a great boost to your conversational English:
- flashcards with basic verbs and collocations that you can download to your phone
- grammar explanation videos
- exercises to practice and practise vocabulary and grammar
- Mind Map with all occurrences of English tenses
- Mind Map with all verbs from the course, their forms and usage in collocations
- conversation sessions with the teacher
The course consists of two parts with a total of 33 platform topics and 33 speaking sessions.
On the course you will go through two topics per week and consolidate what you have learnt in speech in class.

2. How is the lesson going with the teacher?
After paying for the course, the training manager will contact you on Skype within 2 days and set you up a chat with the mentor, where you will discuss the class schedule.
After going through 1 topic on the platform, the instructor will assign you a speaking session where you will practice all the patterns that are explained on the platform. Speaking sessions will take place twice a week.
3. How will the speaking session go?
Conversation classes are conducted via Skype and last 60 minutes, as agreed with the teacher. Class times are agreed with the teacher after purchasing the course.
In conversation classes you will speak English 100% of the time.
Mentor:
- will advise you on the best resources to use during the lesson
- will advise on the correct use of words
- cheer
- gently correct errors where necessary
In the class, you will also break down the points that caused you difficulty in the platform assignments, as well as use the material learnt in your speech.
New words and grammatical constructions that occur during the conversation are written out by the teacher in the chat room, so that you can return to them at any time after the lesson.
We create a friendly atmosphere for unhindered practice at a fairly high pace, in a lively format, discussing real-life situations.
4. Where can I find out the class schedule?
Group:
The timetable is agreed as a group between the instructor and the students after payment of the course fee
Individual:
By arrangement with the instructor after payment for the course
If only specific class times are suitable for you, please tell the Training Manager and she will tailor a schedule for you.
5. What is the policy of canceling and rescheduling classes?
1. Postponement, cancellation and absences of individual classes
All classes are on an initially agreed upon schedule between the instructor and the student. This can be either a fixed or a floating schedule (as agreed with the instructor).
To cancel/reschedule a class, the instructor must be notified via Skype.
When a class is cancelled for less than 5 hours or a student fails to show up for class, the student will be charged as a lesson, 100% ❗ except in cases of force majeure*.
*force majeure events are defined as:
✔️ communication circumstances – loss of internet connection less than 2 hours before class; no more than 1 time per month;
✔️ family circumstances – death of relatives;
✔️ planned holiday, business trip or sick leave (you should write about it in the class chat/personal chat with the instructor and Customer Success Manager and provide confirmation).
2. Postponement, Cancellation and Missing Group Classes
All classes follow the originally agreed upon schedule between the instructor and the group.
When a student is unable to attend a class for any reason, the instructor must be notified in advance. In this case, the instructor will provide a recording of the class (at the student’s request).
If a student is absent from a group lesson for any reason other than force majeure*, the student will be charged as a lesson, at 100% ❗. Fees may be rescheduled only in cases of force majeure*.
*force majeure cases are recognised as:
✔️ communication problem – loss of internet connection less than 2 hours before class; no more than 1 time per month;
✔️ family emergency – death of a relative;
✔️ holiday, business trip or sick leave (you should write about it in the class chat room/personal chat room with mentor and Customer Success Manager and provide confirmation).
6. How long will it take to complete the entire course?
The length of the course depends on the following factors:
the strength of your memory and the speed at which you learn the material
pace of work on the platform and in the classroom
On average, with intensive work, the course takes 17 weeks to complete.
7. How long will I still have access to the platform?
Access to the platform is retained for 6 months from the date of payment.
8. What are the guarantees that I will be able to speak after the course?
We 👌 guarantee results provided you:
✔️ regular lessons with your teacher (at least 2 times a week),
✔️ completion of all assignments on the platform and
✔️ 100% completion of homework
We are so confident in your result and methodology that we will refund your money if you are not satisfied (provided you fulfil all the previous points).
9. Will I receive a certificate / letter of recommendation at the end of the course?
At the student’s request, we issue a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation, provided that all assignments on the platform are completed and the student successfully passes the final test.

The certificate can only be obtained during the course, which includes consultations with the instructor.
The certificate is sent to your email in PDF format and can be printed and laminated if you wish.
10. Will I get a recording of the lesson?
Yes! We record Skype lessons for both group and individual lessons, as long as you and the other group members don’t mind. The videos will be saved in the chat room for 30 days, so at any time you will be able to view the necessary part of the lesson, repeat the material or make necessary notes.
We respect the trust of our customers, so we undertake not to use the recorded lessons for our purposes without your consent and we ask you to reciprocate – forwarding, publishing on the Internet or downloading the video is a violation of copyright and is not legal.
11. I have completed the course, what do I do next?
