The OOP Technical Course includes:

The course materials are based on the Oracle Certified Associate exam preparation guide, the popular stackoverflow website, and current online resources 💻

4. What level of English do you need to take this course?
We recommend that you start the course at level A2 (Pre-Intermediate).

5. I have a low level of English, can I join the course?
This course has lots of tutorial videos on basic grammar and quizzes to reinforce the material. You’ll also have support from the tutor via Skype chat 📱. So if you’re ready for the full hardcore, all that’s left is to register for the course 🙂
If you have been studying English for a long time or not at all, we recommend starting with the course Start Speaking
In this course, you will expand your stock of basic conversational vocabulary and then passing the OOP will be less hardcore.
6. How long will it take to complete the entire course?
The length of the course depends on the following factors:

The course is completed in 5 weeks, 3 hours per day.
This means you will be on Foxminded in less than 1.5 months.

The course is completed in 6 weeks, 3 hours a day.
Then you complete your knowledge in another 1.5 months.
Total, with intensive work, from zero to understanding technical articles is 3 months.
7. How does the lesson go with the teacher?
Classes are held on Skype and last 30 or 60 minutes, as agreed with the mentor. ⏰ The time of the class is agreed with the mentor after purchasing the course.

9. What is the policy of canceling and rescheduling classes?
Postponement, cancellation and absences of individual classes
All classes follow an initially agreed upon schedule between the instructor and the student. This can be either a fixed or a floating schedule (as agreed with the instructor).
To cancel/reschedule a class, the instructor must be notified via Skype.
In case a class is cancelled by students with less than ⏰ 5 hours notice, or a student does not come to the class, the student will be charged as a lesson, 100%❗ except for force majeure cases*.
*force majeure events are recognised as:
✔️ communication circumstances – loss of internet connection less than 2 hours before class; no more than 1 time per month;
✔️ family circumstances – death of relatives;
✔️ planned holiday, business trip or sick leave (you should write about it to the class chat/personal chat with the instructor and Customer Success Manager and provide confirmation).
