1. How long will it take to complete the full course?

Completing the full course and reaching this conversational level takes about 6 months of intensive work of 2-3 hours per week with a teacher 👩‍🏫 + homework.

2. Can I pay for the whole course in full and what is the price?

In theory, yes. But in practice it is difficult to calculate the exact amount of time it will take you to complete the full course, as it depends on several things:

✔️ the strength of your memory and the speed at which you learn the material
✔️ the pace of work on the platform and in the classroom
✔️ the number of conversation sessions per week (minimum intensity is 2 sessions per week of 60 minutes, maximum intensity is 4 sessions per week of 90 minutes).

On average, it takes about 6 months to complete a full course.

That’s why we work in iterations of 10 hours. You can pay for 3 iterations up front, which will equal the course price ✖️ 3 and get 5% discount (not summarised with other discounts ❌). To do this, you need to message Sales Manager or Customer Success Manager in any chat room.

4. How does the lesson go with the teacher?

Conversation classes are conducted via Skype and last 60 or 90 minutes, as agreed with the teacher. ⏰ Speaking lessons are agreed upon with your teacher after you have purchased the course.
In conversation classes you will speak 100% of the time.

You will communicate with the teacher and the group members entirely in English on the topics you are studying.

The instructor:
✔️ will advise you on the best resources to use during the lesson
✔️ will advise you on the correct use of words
✔️ give encouragement
✔️ gently correct mistakes where necessary

✅ New words and grammatical constructions that occur during the conversation, the teacher writes them down in the chat room so that you can return to them at any time after the lesson.

We create a friendly atmosphere for unhindered practice at a fairly high pace, in a lively format, discussing real-life situations.

5. Is there any homework? How much time do I need to devote to it?

Homework is there and doing it is a must if you want to succeed in learning English 📈.

The amount of homework can be discussed with 👩‍🏫 teacher, increased or decreased depending on your free time and readiness for intensive work.

6. Where do I find out the class schedule?

Groups:
✔️ We usually have several groups running at the same time, so there is an opportunity to join any group by choosing a time that best suits your schedule.

✔️ If a new group is created, the Sales Manager or Customer Support Manager will find out the time that is convenient for you and then the instructor will further clarify the time with the entire group.

Individuals:
✔️ By arrangement with the instructor

If only a specific class time suits you, please tell the Training Manager and she will tailor the schedule for you.

7. What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

1. Postponement, cancellation and absences of individual classes

All classes are on an initially agreed upon schedule between the instructor and the student. This can be either a fixed or a floating schedule (as agreed with the instructor).

To cancel/reschedule a class, the instructor must be notified via Skype.
In case a class is cancelled by students with less than ⏰ 5 hours notice, or a student does not come to the class, the student will be charged as a lesson, 100%❗ except for force majeure cases*.

*force majeure events are recognised as:
✔️ communication circumstances – loss of internet connection less than 2 hours before class; no more than 1 time per month;
✔️ family circumstances – death of relatives;
✔️ planned holiday, business trip or sick leave (you should write about it in the class chat/personal chat with the instructor and Customer Success Manager and provide confirmation).

2. Postponement, Cancellation and Missing Group Classes

All classes follow the originally agreed upon schedule between the instructor and the group.

When a student cannot attend a class for any reason, the instructor must be notified at least ⏰ 5 hours in advance. In this case, the instructor will provide a 🎥 recording of the lesson (at the student’s request).

If a student is absent from a group lesson for any reason other than force majeure*, he/she will be charged for it as for the lesson conducted, in 100%❗. Fees may be rescheduled only in cases of force majeure*.

*force majeure cases are recognised as:
✔️ communication problem – loss of internet connection less than 2 hours before class; no more than 1 time per month;
✔️ family circumstances – death of relatives;
✔️ planned holiday, business trip or sick leave (you should write about it in the class chat/personal chat with the instructor and Customer Success Manager and provide confirmation).

8. What are the guarantees that I will be able to speak after the course?
