1. What is the format of training in this course?

There is everything you need to get your English off the ground and give a great boost to conversational, in the course:

  • flashcards with basic verbs and phrases that can be downloaded to your phone
  • grammar explanation video
  • exercises for practicing vocabulary and grammar
  • Mind Map with all uses of English tenses
  • Mind Map with all the verbs from the course, their forms and use in phrases
  • speaking sessions with the teacher

The course consists of two parts in which a total of 33 topics on the platform and 33 speaking lessons.
On the course, you will go through two topics per week and consolidate the material covered in a speech in class.

2. How is the lesson going with the teacher?

After paying for the course, our manager will contact you via Skype within 2 days, discuss a convenient time for classes and make a chat with your teacher, as well as answer any questions about lessons.

After completing 1 topic on the platform, the teacher will assign you a speaking session, where you will practice all the patterns that are explained on the platform. Speaking classes will be held twice a week.

3. How will the speaking session go?

Speaking classes are held via Skype and last 60 minutes, by agreement with the teacher. The time of classes is negotiated with the teacher after the purchase of the course.
In speaking classes you will speak English 100% of the time.

The teacher:

  • will give recommendations on what resources are best to use during the lesson
  • will tell you the correct use of words
  • will cheer up
  • will accurately correct errors where necessary

During the lesson with the teacher, you will check your script, get recommendations for improving it, and practice answering this question “without a piece of paper”

The teacher writes out new words and grammatical constructions that occur during the conversation in the chat so that they can be returned to at any time after the lesson.

We create a friendly atmosphere for unhindered practice at a fairly high pace, in a live format, discussing real life situations.

4. Where can I find out the class schedule?

Group:

The schedule of classes is negotiated in the group between the teacher and students after paying for the course

Individual:

By agreement with the teacher after paying for the course
If only a specific class time is suitable for you, please tell the manager about this and she will select a schedule for you.

5. What is the policy of canceling and rescheduling classes?

1. Rescheduling, cancellations and skipping of individual sessions

All classes are held according to the initially agreed timetable between the teacher and the student. It can be either permanent or flexible schedule (by agreement with the teacher).

To cancel/postpone the session, please contact your Skype teacher.
In the case that the lesson is canceled by students for less than 5 hours, or the student does not come to the lesson, a fee is charged for it as for the lesson, in 100% of the volume ❗, except in cases of force majeure*.

*Force majeure cases shall be recognized:
✔️ connection circumstances – loss of Internet connection less than 2 hours before class; no more than once a month;
✔️ family circumstances – death of relatives;
✔️ planned vacation, business trip or sick leave (you need to write about this in the class chat / personal chat with the teacher and Customer Success Manager and provide confirmation).

 

2. Postponement, cancellation and skipping of group sessions

All classes are held according to the originally agreed timetable between the teacher and the group.

When a student is unable to attend the class for any reason, it is necessary to notify the teacher in advance. In this case, the teacher will ensure the recording of the lesson (at the request of the student).

In the absence of a student in a group lesson for any reason, except for force majeure cases *, a fee is charged for it as for the lesson, in 100% of the volume ❗. Payment can be transferred only in force majeure cases*

*Force majeure cases shall be recognized:
✔️ communication problem – loss of Internet connection less than 2 hours before class; no more than once a month;
✔️ family circumstances – death of relatives;
✔️planned vacation, business trip or sick leave (about this
in the class chat/ personal chat with the teacher and Customer Success Manager and provide confirmation).

6. How long will it take to complete the entire course?

The duration of the course depends on the following factors:

  • ✔️ the strength of your memory and the speed of assimilation of the material
  • ✔️ the pace of work on the platform and in the classroom

On average, with intensive work, the course takes 17 weeks.

7. How long will I still have access to the platform?

Access to the platform is maintained for 6 months from the moment.

8. What are the guarantees that I will be able to speak after the course?

We 👌 guarantee the result in the condition:
✔️ regular classes with a teacher (at least 2 times a week),
✔️ completion of all tasks on the platform and
✔️ 100% homework completion

9. Will I receive a certificate / letter of recommendation at the end of the course?

At the student’s request, we issue 📃 a certificate of completion and ✉️ a letter of recommendation, provided that all assignments on the platform are completed and the student successfully passes the final test.

   

The certificate can only be obtained during the course, which includes consultations with the instructor.

The certificate is sent to your email in PDF format and can be printed and laminated if you wish.

10. Will I get a recording of the lesson?

Yes! We record Skype lessons for both group and individual lessons, as long as you and the rest of the group don’t mind. Videos will be saved in the chat for 30 days, so at any moment you can view the necessary part of the lesson, repeat the material, or make any necessary notes.
We highly respect the trust of our customers, so we commit ourselves not to use the recorded lessons for our purposes without your consent and here we ask reciprocity from you – forwarding, publishing on the Internet or downloading videos is a violation of copyright and is not legal.

11. I have completed the course, what do I do next?
