Your Responsibilities

• Teach English online to clients of various levels (client management is handled by another team member)
• Create valuable content: write articles/posts, develop new materials on the platform, and/or host live sessions on social media and webinars (your choice)
• Grow professionally — the company covers costs for professional exams for mentors

Required Professional Skills

• Proficiency in English — relevant education and/or experience living abroad
• 6+ months of online teaching experience using a communicative approach
• Continuous improvement of hard and soft skills, teamwork, and adaptability (agility)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT terminology/experience working with IT clients
• Certified level of English proficiency (CAE, TOEFL, IELTS, IH Business)
• Certified teaching methodology (CELTA/TKT/DELTA/TESOL)

Team Structure

You will be working within the Study Center Band, which includes mentors, platform managers, Team Leaders, Deputy Head, and Head of Study Centre.

Interview Process

• Online English test
• Up to 30-minute intro with HR
• Up to 30-minute English interview with the Head of Study Center
• Probationary period of 2 months
